Discover the reasons why you’re often feel that you are hitting your head against a wall when you try to engage male leaders in gender equality. Even when you do get men involved it can frequently feel like passive allyship and lip service. Learn how to reach out to these men, and to motivate them to become proactive and drive the change.

The BETTER MALE LEADERS program
Participants will take a deep, transformational look at male privilege and learn how to dismantle underlying assumptions and biases, so they can take the lead in reshaping the system in partnership with other genders.
The program last for approximately 6 months – 3.5hr per month (virtual), with 2 x 1-on-1 coaching sessions for each participant.

Because the program can be challenging and uncomfortable, participants also receive coaching support with a Profession Certified Coach (PCC).
FOR Organisations

We can deliver the BETTER MALE LEADERS program for your organisation as either an off the shelf, customised or bespoke solution.
Participants will take a deep, transformational look at male privilege and learn how to dismantle underlying assumptions and biases, so they can take the lead in reshaping the system in partnership with other genders.
The workshop format aligns to most organisational leadership capability frameworks which follow the Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Organisation framework. Further customisation can be made (at no additional cost) to ensure that the program aligns to organisational values or other frameworks, and to ensure that the program compliments your organisations other gender initiatives.
A real life, work hero helps others realise and overcome their real life work challenges. I found this in Iain, who coached me over many sessions. Iain has the ability to allow you to step away from your specific agenda, critically allowing you to reflect and research your own solutions. He is able to create a bond with you very early on, based on the foundations of trust and courage, allowing you to face your agenda with courage and authenticity.
